Our household has had Root insurance for 2 years now and sadly my partner was the one dealing with them; our bill has gone from about $80 to $220 in 2 years and not once they offered an EXPLANATION for this. NEEEVER AGAIN, will we deal with their horrible service and THIEVING TACTICS. They came into the market boasting of how being an ONLINE BASED company will save the consumers money - ALL LIES!!!
Jacob is honest and really knows his stuff when it comes to insurance. Great service and value for the community!
