This has been my go-to place for homeowners insurance and now car insurance. Mr. Travis Weaver is a cool guy and he really helps us a lot. Everybody there seems like really nice people.

Terrible service. Poor mouthed us, the clients and another agent to his coworker and our mechanic. Never called us at all. Called three times with no return call before getting an answer. Made us feel like criminals for filing a claim!

No happy with these people filed claim would not come out on weekend had to rent carpet shampooer to get water out carpet with my own money to keep it from souring and won't even reinvest my money for that I will b getting another insurance company and dropping these people never again

Can't say enough good things about Keith Hatton . If you want that small town feel and actually feel cared about he is your person

Always ready to help and doesn't mind if ramble endlessly about the kind of day I'm experiencing.
