So friendly and accommodating, got a quote for auto insurance after struggling to find a decent price with all the bigger competitors, and walked out with auto insurance because they worked with the price I wanted to pay.
Poor work ethic, terrible customer service, we had to make 5 trips in to get our stuff done because the staff kept making mistakes on the paperwork for what we were doing, and when we finally got two long awaited checks one of them had a pointless 10 day hold placed on it after 10 weeks of trying to get the check in the first place.
