Don’t waste your time. They cannot get simple billing situated. I am assured more times then I can imagine that it’s taken care of and it never is. I have given them more months to fix and it’s been a problem since day 1. If you want to have billing nightmares have at it. It all has to be done on paper and where that paper goes after it’s filled out, who knows, because nothing is ever done. Save yourself the hassle and fees and look elsewhere.

As much as I love my Mineola , Texas and the people that live there, I am a very loyal FARM BUREAU customer and I love the business though this particular branch not so much. I have been calling for a quote patiently waiting since September and no one has called me back. I have left messages several messages I have left voice messages and still no one has called. It’s there a manager that runs this location, because this is a problem when you’re trying to get a quote, very rude very disrespectful. Obviously this is not a branch for anyone in Manola. Sooo Sad!

This is not my personal insurance, however, my mother carried it and she passed. I called them right away (May) and explained the situation. I was able to maintain auto and home insurance for her until it settles probate. Well, I called and spoke with Evan, and informed him the auto withdraw out of checking in June (15th), would not clear as the account was closed. I made the quarterly payments with my personal debit card. Come September, I got a bill for two quarters. The June payment didn’t apply, a refund check was sent to my mom, and they wanted to charge nsf fees for trying to send it through.
