When I started my policy I asked for email confirmation, it never came. I called while on vacation to get insurance confirmation and a copy of my policy to rent a vehicle weeks later, it never came ruining two days of my trip. No one will answer the phones or get back to you when you leave a voicemail.

This is not necessarily towards the Henderson office, but aimed at TFB in general. I changed my due date by 11 days so It would be in alignment with my paydays. By doing this I was billed for 2 months. So I get this small covid 19 discount in May, then I'm double billed for May again. I was charged a full month for changing my due date by 11 days. (Changed from beginning of the month to the middle of the month). I did speak to someone in policy services who was at least able to explain the billing somewhat, but still couldn't explain why it's a double bill due for 11 days. Guessing those of us who are double billed are helping to cover their CV19 losses

I change from Allstate to Texas Farm Bureau because of better coverage. Makinzie Branson who help me was very helpful and very knowledge of everything I needed. Kathy the Agent was very nice also. I would recommend everyone to go to them for car insurance.

First off I'd like to say they have no concept of getting anything done in a timely manner, I've been waiting months and still waiting. Seems they have a lack of knowledge and customer service.
