This company has changed so much in the last few years. They don’t care about you or your needs. We have switched most of our policies and only have one left and I promise you we will never use this company again when that one ends. I hope this company gets what they deserve!!

Long time customer. Premiums up 25% last year. No notice, not one call from the Agent. Requested additional coverage, they couldn't be bothered to return the call with a quote. Customer service is non existent here. I've switched to State Farm, got better coverage for the same premium I was paying Farm Bureau a year ago. I smell a big stinking rat.

The staff is always willing to help if they don't know the answer they're willing to search for it super sweet always reach you when you walk in super clean

If you need insurance and you're tired of dealing with the haggle of trying to get it, look no further because customer service here is incredible and prices are great
