So far so good. I have had them for a year now. Although I have not made any claims. The reason that I chose them is because someone referred them to me because they had totaled their car and had no problems making a claim. That was in Dallas. I had not tried them until this point because of the low review score. Once I looked into Texas farm bureau insurance in Chandler, Texas they were not only the cheapest up front but also much lower on the deductible too! And that's even after adding in the $40 per year price of the membership that they require. Which is just an added benefit from what the membership has. One of your crappy drivers hit me, y’all have claimed 100% responsibility but are not responsible enough to do your jobs and answer the phone. I’ve been kind and patient but I guess I just need to come to your office and become a thorn in yalls side until you do your jobs. Pathetic, because if I treated my job like y’all treat yours there would be a lot more wrecks and broke down cars. Hired McCormick law firm as well.

I have had farm bureau for about 18 years now. My insurance agent retired in 2018 and I have been bouncing around ever since, because apparently, mine was irreplaceable. After I finally settled into one, he left to become an adjuster. Lori was out of the same office, so I decided to give her a try and start with a paperwork update to see if this would be a beneficial change in agent for us. We got the form filled out simply enough, then it was rejected for lack of information. Then she couldn’t find my form. Not great. But ok no big deal, and not a deal breaker (yet) From there, I tried multiple times to communicate with her. Played phone tag? Ok not a huge deal. Called her on a day off that I had to try and resolve it then, and was advised she’d have to call me back. Ok, no harm no foul (
