New, local business owner attempting for 2 months to make contact with any agent in this office. Multiple in-person visits and multiple phone calls with no response back. I wouldn't use this company if there was a federal mandate that required it.

I was hit by a client of Farm Bureau several months ago. The client was at fault which isn't the issue at this point. Farm Burea has gone out it's way to refuse a amicable agreement. The vehicle damaged was my wife's new loaded Rubicon with low mileage and Not even a scratch on it. I was low balled at ever turn and have resided to hiring a attorney to address the lack of responsiveness, responsibility and lack of diligence on Farm Bureaus part. Refusing to settle claims and failure to acknowledge the diminished value of damaged property is completely unacceptable. My advice to anyone that is unfortunate enough to deal with this company that treats people like the playground bully and refuses to care about anything but a profit is to lawyer up. Poor communication. If you're not a country bumpkin and hours to waste , not the company for you.
