If you get a TEXAS FARM BUREAU policy on your home or auto make sure you hold your breath and pray that you NEVER have to file a claim if in the foreseeable future something happens like a storm, etc. IF you do file a claim they will find any excuse to drop you like a hot cake from their coverage and you will be looking for another insurance company whether you wanted to or not. We initially decided to get a policy thru Farm Bureau because of the savings they offered but were recently made aware that along with the savings we would pay a huge price. Brandon is the best agent and TFB is the best coverage at the best rate. I work with insurance claims on a daily basis and TFB is the best when it comes to paying for a claim and paying the appropriate amount.

If I could I would not give them a star at all the lady in front are very rude and the agents would not even talk to me since Brandon left then I hear they fired one of the best lady they had at front so I made the decision to move to another farm bureau after being with them for years I fell like more of a member now they treat me like I am a person not just money
