Texas Farm Bureau Insurance - Clayton Stillwell

As a long-standing customer of Texas Farm bureau having held insurance with them for over 25 years, I am disappointed to report that my efforts to work with them to reduce my insurance costs have been unsuccessful. Despite their assurances to review my policy, they have failed to take any meaningful action. Furthermore, when I attempted to cancel my policy today, they did not inquire about my reasons and instead canceled it immediately. What kind of business is this?
