I work at a car dealership and every time I call this place and speak to Linda, she is as rude as can be. If you can avoid getting insurance with these people, please do. There are so many better options out there with customer service representatives who will be much nicer and will have a much better attitude when assisting you.

They gave me money to fix car but 2 years later I go to trade it in and the car fax says that the car was reported as total loss. When trying to get the matter solved no one is there to fix their mistakes

The agents and employees are very nice, sweet and upbeat. If I have questions they are answered quickly.

I have home, vehicle and life insurance with Kari! She is so helpful and her staff is amazing!!
