Was the worst experience i ever had, starting with adjuster and there was no communication between insurance or adjusters or my insurance agent, or even to me. I did not know anything that was happening they just came in and didn’t tell me what was happening just started doing and I had to ask to find out anything! I felt as if i was not given a choice in any decisions on what companies i wanted to use verses who they sent here. So if you want your choices/decisions taken away just keep using this company. It was not the most pleasant experience i have ever had and do not want to deal with them again as the reason why i cancelled my insurance.
Easy to use web site. Great customer service when I need to call.
Good price for insurance. They don't cover much.
