Very Professional, I have the best Agent in Pasadena. Claudia listens to my needs and finds the best policy for my vehicles. Me and my husband have been coming to here for the past 5 years and we will continue to see her.

Had to look for a new agent due to old agent not doing his job. Chris and Claudia went above and beyond to help our small company get everything back on track so that we could get paid. Nothing can compare to having a heart for helping people.

Called gave my information to a lady she was supposed to get back with me and never did a week and a half later I called again the lady that answered said she didn’t even have my information so I had to give it to her and she was supposed to call back but i ended up calling back later on that day and she gave me a quote for car insurance that was higher than what I pay now so I didn’t go with them make sure if you use them to continue to follow up with them if not they won’t get back with you

They do things such as moving you from one policy to another company without talking to you
