Terry Knop: Allstate Insurance

I would actually say 2.5. The main issue I have with this agency is they are non responsive. I have had questions and at times wanted to get quotes and assistance and did not receive call backs until I had called several times. I had simply asked to have another car added and wanted a quote. They would not just assist me in adding the car but insisted that I add my 2 homes. This did not sit well with me as I also had the other issues with the non-responsiveness. I could not see a way to add using their mobile app. It took me calling my mother's agent to assist.

I have never felt more appreciated than I do with Allstate. Specifically, the Terry Knop branch. They went out of their way to call me and review my policy, as they noticed I was paying more for a lower coverage, and the higher coverage would cost me less. They could have decided to leave it, and not say anything at all, but instead they called me and worked out a new policy where I am paying 30 dollars less than I was previously. I would highly recommend Terry Knop, and his associates, as they will go above and beyond what you expected. I would also advise you to call them and set up a policy instead of doing it online.

Terry was able to get me car,motorcycle and renters insurance for a very competitive price with great coverage and on the snap of a phone call to Melissa and terry have taken care of my needs and outrageous requests just like that and I’m not the only one who they take care let me tell you they have a community of locals that just love them to pieces !!! Thanks for everything you all do :)

My experience with Terry Knop's agency has been outstanding. He and his staff are always courteous, friendly, and provide excellent service when I have policy changes or coverage questions. I would give the highest rating for his agency and service as well as recommend his agency to others.
