Terra Hager - State Farm Insurance Agent

Seriously the best State Farm Agent in the Eugene Area!! We moved here from Oklahoma, and after several failed attempts at moving our insurance over to Oregon, we finally came to the right place. I called several offices in Eugene, without much luck of them getting back to me. Once we moved everything to Terra, it was a Breeze! She was thorough, kind, and efficient! I literally cannot express my gratitude enough! She got everything switched over in a day, and our insurance slashed in half! Her office is decorated nicely and she has drinks available while you wait. She even has a place for children to play when the kiddos are with you on errands! Top Notch Service with a Smile!!!

Tara Hagar at State farm has been the best in her field, she has always been there for me and I have been a very needy customer however she has always been there for me Johnny on the spot and with a smile and always trying to help when and where she can , she definitely is the one you want to take care of you and your insurance needs.. she always gets right on things doesn't let you slip through the cracks and not get helped.. definitely five stars for sure... If you don't have her handling your insurance personally then you'll be in a sad state.. so definitely I've been a customer for years now of her and I feel like she could be family she's that nice and caring and one that you want on your side. Our agent, Terra Hager, has always dealt with our needs, such as finding a good auto repair shop close to us, promptly and professionally. She is knowledgeable and efficient. We appreciate her.

Not sure if it was this office or Sate Farm, but NEVER received any written information about renewing a policy. This office did call, however always during business hours when we were working with customers. Did not leave a phone number for me to all them back. They knew I had concerns and NO ONE got in a car and drove out and looked me in the eye and tried to make this right. No one every had a conversation with me. We did exchange a few emails. I have concerns about both State Farms and this office interest in customer satisfaction.

Terra is the best ! I have been with Terras office for almost 8 years and Terra and her staff are always such a pleasure to work with, I love that I can call her and she knows exactly who I am and my whole family I never have to sit on hold forever the customer service is amazing and professional. Thank you Terra !
