Let me first say that I have had my insurance with State Farm for over a decade. I have not found anyone who can touch their rates and provide the same quality of service that you should expect from an insurance company. Keep up the great work State Farm! I have had my insurance with Teresa Jackson's office for several years now. No one cares more about your actual well-being than the Jacksons. Teresa and Terry are wonderful and their team goes above and beyond with every interaction and call I have with their office. Thank you all for everything you do!
I switched from Progressive to State Farm and went through this local branch. They was able to save me a ton of money compared to EVERYONE else. I had called around and got quotes from every insurance company I could think of and even ones I didnt know existed online and none of them could even come close to saving me as much money as State Farm.
Transferred my account to State Farm Berea location due to difficulty experienced trying to conduct business with customer service representative. Rather than receiving rational answers to my inquiries I instead received gobblygook replies. i don't speak gobblygook.
Jake from State Farm (haha!) was a pleasure to work with. Everything could be done over the phone and my insurance rates lowered by almost $200/month. What more could I ask for?
