I’ve had some issues over the last few years with damage to my basement. I’ve been frustrated and not really knowing where to go or what to do. I can say that Teresa comes through for me every time! Whether it’s going the extra mile to contact State Farm on my behalf, answering my questions to make me feel better, or give me direction she’s always there to help! You know the slogan “like a good neighbor…” well, she’s mine!! Thank you Teresa!!

After our vehicle was stolen and recovered, Sarah was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions! She personally let us know that the vehicle was a total loss. Sarah gave us an estimate of coverages and once we decided emailed temporary id cards.
