I've been with American Family and Ted Wheeler Agency in particular for over 30 years. On the few occasions when I've had to file a claim, the process has been hassle-free. Ted's office is always friendly and available to assist me and answer any questions I might have. I always receive excellent service.
They are horrible. They low balled our claim after the tornado. Also wrote our Condo Association a check that we could not cash. And they do not want to deal with FEMA. The Claim Adjustor will not talk to Board Members of the Association.
Devin Gillespie is very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He advised us on our comprehensive insurance needs and saved us money by bundling our policies.
This agency makes everyone feel like family. It's crazy. I love Ted and Kate and all the employees here. I second what other reviewers have said, they go way above and beyond, no one is better if you want a local contact when seeking insurance options.
