Tate Insurance Group

I used Tate Insurance group for business insurance for over ten years, but customer service is awful now. It takes weeks for a response (and I'm not sure if I would have ever received a response if I hadn't sent follow-up emails). Go with anyone but Tate Insurance Group.... Liberty Mutual has great customer service and fantastic coverage at great rates for all personal and business needs. I saved over $250 a month by switching to Liberty Mutual.

We have used Tate insurance for our home and our business for years and we just want to say they are exceptional. Our personal agents Tracy and Faith are phenomenal when it comes to customer service. Highly recommend Stuart and his Crew!

I've never had such a great experience as I have with Tate Insurance Group. Lisa Allen was my rep and she was always reachable! At one point we had an issues with the insurance company and Lisa worked and worked with them until it got resolved. She truly was a life saver. I have and will continue to recommend Tate Insurance Group to everyone. And of course, I'll tell them to ask for Lisa. Thanks so much again for all your help over the years!

I am so appreciative of Tate Insurance. I have been with them for several years, and I have been given good rates, good advice, and good service. If we hadn't moved across the country, we would still be with them.The "service" from the staff is A+. They give me answers quickly, and no one has minded explaining insurance concepts simply enough so i can make good decisions. I am very grateful to the Tate Group.

Can I give a negative rating? I would NEVER recommend this agency! Communication is terrible! They will not pick up the phone to call you, they will email you and let things drag out. When I tried to switch to an agency that was closer to me, they refused to transfer me. They told me if I don't pay for my old policy with them, I will be turned over to collections. I had to contact the Department of Commerce to get Tate to release me. Even then the refused to send me a refund for my policy (which I'm still fighting to get). Apparently, clients are "owned" by the agency, so the corporate office could not help me. They also lied to the Department of Commerce about everything that transpired even though I have names and dates documented. I have NEVER had such a horrible experienc
