The representative, Karen, was so kind and very helpful (funny too). Getting insurance was made very easy and was done within 20 minutes or so. She answered all of my questions and made me laugh a few times which is always nice. By the end of the call, I told her she deserves a raise, and she does! Very please with my experience so far.
