The Ladies at Tammy Roach have been rock stars working with me as I get a new vehicle. They had never worked with the dealership that I am purchasing my car from, and they handled the learning curve with efficiency and professionalism. They have also handled the delays(caused by the dealership) with good humor and professionalism. 10/10 will recommend to anyone who will listen.

I contacted Tammy Roach right before our big move from Florida to Oklahoma. She responded immediately and by the time we made it here to our new home, our insurance needs were taken care of. Tammy and her staff have made us feel important and made our transition between states easier. It's too bad that not all businesses have the same integrity.

I have been an Allstate customer for 18 years and with Tammy Roach's agency for 8 months( I moved from South Carolina to Oklahoma and had to change agents). The level of service and professionalism I encounter every time I call is top notch. They always answer my questions quickly and even give my bad jokes a genuine laugh. Recently when I needed multiple quotes on multiple vehicles I was looking to buy they were very patient and looked for the best deal and made sure that when I did pick the perfect vehicle the coverage was immediate and all inclusive of what I needed. I couldn't ask for a better crew to handle my insurance needs. The ladies go above and beyond all expectations to make sure every client is taken care of.

From the person who answers the phone to Tammy every person is so helpful and friendly. When you call you know you will be treated professionally and respectfully. Great people to do business with.

Had a really great experience getting my SUV coverage- as the snow fell and temps dropped recently. Better price by a few hundred dollars and the online set up was easy. I'm in Spavinaw so having an agent close is nice
