Tam and his team have been assisting me and my family for over 20 years now. Everyone in his force is kind, knowledgeable and treats everyone with respect. I can personally vouch for Connie as I've known her for a very long time. Her assistance with any issue is the real reason I stay a customer with State Farm. I have yet to ever meet with Tam (or see him), but if his staff is any indication of the quality work he does, then I'm sold. State Farm is a great company and prides itself on customer service, which has always been Top Notch in the Tam Chau work household.

It's been said to change Insurance Co. for a cheaper policy... but its hard to step away from this Group.. very nice folks GREAT service

We had just bought a vehicle today that said the coverage was effective today 12/20/2021. When the car broke down at around 9:00 pm we tried to put in a roadside assistance request and we were told that our policy for the new vehicle would not show up in their system for the next week. So we would have to PAY for the tow of our vehicle and they would reimburse us later on. This is literally the worse company I have ever had insurance with and WILL be LOOKING INTO other insurance companies. Our vehicle is now on the side of a freeway over an hour later and we just bought the vehicle. If I could leave no stars, I would.
