Would not recommend them. I was a loyal long time customer and when I asked Scott to check into another insurance company to see if I could get a better rate. He said he would call back in 2 days. After 11 days I called him only to have him giggle and admit he should have called me back. I tried to talk to one of the Taake brothers and was told he would call after he got off the phone. After 9 more days I went with another insurance company because they never called. I guess they don't make enough off of repeat customers. When I called and canceled the ladies who answered were very helpful.

Well I have to say, this is probably the best insurance agency I've ever worked with. Scott range has done things for me that no other insurance agent could do he's got me out of bad insurance situations by telling me the correct policies with the correct companies. He is probably hands down one of the best insurance agents I've ever worked with. I just want to thank him for many years of exemplary service
