Tonya at Swiss Village was able to offer my business a great rate with great coverage saving me almost $1000/ year as compared to what I was paying with another policy from another agency. She worked FAST and was great about communication to keep me in the loop. Would definitely recommend.

This agency, specifically one male agent, was awesome. But he left and we are dealing with someone else that hasn't been in any hurry to get our wrecked car assessed or follow up with us. It was wrecked on 1/1 and we have been without this car since. Today is the 11th and still no assessment of our car. I am horribly disappointed. I have dealt with many insurance companies over the years and never have I had such slow service from an insurance company (AAA) or agent. At this time I can not recommend using them. If this turns around at all, I will repost an update. Make this right please! Update: AAA seems to be the big issue here, however no help from anyone at this point.
