I was referred to Svendsen Ins to get a guote on my existing insurance. From the moment I made my phone call, I could tell there was something different here. Things with insurance can be very confusing. I was actually educated to understand and ultimately speak the same insurance language. I felt very comfortable asking questions. Our company has been with Svendsen for over 10 years. We don't get quotes from other agencies anymore since they take such good care of us. Responses are quick and John always takes time to explain all the insurance rules to us.
