Unfortunately I have to agree with other posts on here about this insurance agency. I can't get them to reply to emails and I have been waiting 3 weeks for a reply with my homeowner insurance.I was told I would have an answer Friday well 3 weeks later nothing and no reply to emails. I have now cancelled 5 of my policy's and changed agency's im much happier. My new agent got 5 policy's quoted in 2 days. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a reply on just one policy with this agency. They were supposed to shop my boat policy and never did now I'm waiting for a refund. It should not of happened. My paperwork I signed was never sent to who it should have been. Please do yourself a favor and find another agency. I need an agency that is reliable and easy to get in contact with when needed.

Agency started out really good. Worked with Macy. If the rating was for Macy, i would give 5 stars. But over the last couple years, we somehow ended up with an agent, Lisa Cahn. She is no good. Terrible at communicating. I had to send 5, 6, 7 emails and demand a reply in order to get her to communicate with me. I had sent an email about filing a claim. She never replied, ever. We cancelled the policy. Just really need an agency that will communicate in a timely manner. If you need this too, find another agency for your insurance needs.

They make shopping for insurance super simple. I've even "spot" checked with outside carriers to ensure I'm still getting the cheapest rate and so far so good. They make switching insurance carriers super easy too. I can't recommend this place enough. They e helped me save thousands!

Been a customer for 8 years. They are professional, prompt, and always find you the best deal. A+ service. I've recommended them to a few friends.

Can't get anyone to service my policy update. Looking at other options after being with them for years.
