We have been with State Farm for many years starting with Ace Loding and have been very pleased with our service. Susan, Bobbi and Jessica at the Poquoson State Farm office have been professional, helpful and always friendly. They always have time for you when you go into the office.

I've been with Susan and her team for over 25 years. I have always had great service no matter what the issue was, they always go that extra mile to make sure your helped in the best way.I love the people in the office I go in there more often to pay my bill than mail or calling just so I can say hi and talk to them personally. Susan, Bobbi, and Jessica are very professional, kind, funny and have a great sense of humor. After all, was said and done I was very impressed with State Farm. and how they treat their customers, clients, and third parties affiliates. But surprisingly State Farm made the process very simple and did stand up or step up to their promises. Well in repairing my car they did exceptionally well.
