I stopped and visited this place the day before thanksgiving, there was only one agent working the day I went and it was about 5 customers waiting tho be helped . The agent name was Lori and her customer service ,patience , and Multitasking skills were SPECTACULAR. Usually when I visit this place it takes way longer to start a policy and sign paper work .I was only in here for about 25mins tops and because this was one of my stops during my holiday runs before stores closed ,that timing worked out PERFECTLY was SPOT ON . It’s always nice to see people enjoying there job on a holiday and not making you feel rushed or Not prioritized .Lori did such a great job All of with this .
Lady opens when she wants and isn't helpful at all.
