I own a travel agency, and from day one, working with this company has been difficult. It's very hard trying to actually speak to an agent regarding your bond. They're renewal process is quite lacking & front desk clerk is extremely rude. I called the renewals department, no answer, then was asked if I wanted to speak to an operator. When talking to her & I told her I was looking to get my card charged for my renewal & wanted to confirm my bond number. She proceeded to transfer me to that department (which didnt answer) when I told her the prompts gave me the option to speak to her. She got irritated, cut me off to let me know she doesnt handle it, then put me on hold. Next thing I know, I was hung up on. Tried to call back & did not get an answer (probably saw me on caller ID).
