My family has been with Allstate/Sunray Insurance Service, Inc. many years. They are an excellent service agency. Derek Schell and Kelly are excellent, knowledgeable, and resolve my issues quickly and efficiently. I am greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your assistance.

Waste of time. I moved from another state out here, worked to transfer policy. I got pushed back and ignored for a few weeks. I had to keep reaching out. Policy renewed in old state and I had to switch providers do to wait. I switched providers in 30 mins for a better price and policy. I am out a few hundred bucks because I tried to stick with Allstate. This place was not helpful

Derek is wonderful! I have recommended him to my friends, he is always there when I have an issue and gets back to me right away and is very friendly and understanding. He's the reason I am with Allstate!

My name is Angel... I have known and worked with Sunray and its predecessor far longer than I think I can remember, like 50 + years. I always trusted them to make sure that all goes well and that everything happens as it could and most at the right cost.

Allstate created two different policies for me for the same car. When I cancelled the second policy, I was told that I would be reimbursed since they charged me for two different policies in June 2020. It has been eight months since then and I have still not received any reimbursement even though I’ve followed up with my agent multiple times. Instead, what Allstate did was credit that money to my old account which was cancelled, so I was not able to access it. I found that deceptive and unethical.
