I had an excellent experience working with Pablo Candelaria when I called to add my vehicle to my insurance policy. He was extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Even though it was close to closing time on a Friday, Pablo went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed correctly that same day. He could have easily asked me to call back on Monday, but instead he took his time to ensure that my vehicle was properly added and that all my questions were answered. His professionalism and dedication to great customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend Pablo for anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about their customers!

I came to change the name of my car and everything was good I even checked to see if everything is right before she turned in my info and next thing u know my last name is wrong and she blamed me saying that I should've checked . I did and it was right but I didn't type it she did.. now I have to go to the DMV and get it fixed even though it is not my fault. I barley have time to sleep and now this . Worse service ever .

By far the worst service. I Took in 3 signed contracts stating what each vehicle needed for insurances and they completely over charged me for not even 1/3 of what my contracts stated was requiered. Cancelling the service is a complete night mare. My policy was cancelled back in march and i am still getting payment notice because the person that handels cancellation at this lication was very rude unprofessional and only submit half the paperwork. Now the insurance provider is charging me fees that i never even heard of and that accordingly to them broker should have explained adviced, and broken down. So much waist of time going back and forth with brokers and insurance Reps its ridiculous.

I've been using them for the past 2 years and every time I walk in there to renew my policy, they make me feels like I'm a waist of there time... they have bad attitudes and do the bare minimum to help you.... I get better customer service calling insurance company and paying over the phone...
