I have been totally impressed with Amber. She knows what pilot car escorts need to be compliant with insurance requirements. She is so responsive. She called me and got my insurance certificate complete even while on vacation so I could have it before starting a new run (on a Friday no less). I love her use of technology especially since all of our transactions are completed online or over the phone.

Filled out the online application for my new Pilot Car business and within 20 minutes she called me to verify that the information had been received and assured me I would have a quote with 24-72 hours.
