Whomever answers the phone here is EXTREMELY rude EVERY single time we call. We have been with Strong for 5+ years and will be switching companies at the beginning of the new year. Such a shame to see a once wonderful company fall to pieces
Another long time customer making the switch, professional decorum for this company seems to be long gone. Just see the other reviews, there are plenty of better local options without the same observed behaviors.
I've been with them for over 20 years, they can't even be bothered to reach out when they've stopped carrying my insurance. It shows they don't care to do business with me.
Used the Strong agency for 15 years... Unfortunately the business has gone down hill mark has earned such a bad reputation for his actions they can't even find help to work in the office. In the past year I've seen 7 new women in there. Went into today to find the Main office empty two more up and quit. Guess it's time to start looking for another insurance provider.
They communicate Terribly with customers and are quite frankly rude I would not recommend going through strong insurance at all!!!
