Tawanda the claims adjuster is a rude and unprofessional adjuster. She provided an incorrect fax number. When I called to obtain a working number she told me to stop calling and hung up on me. I work in a doctor's office so I was attempting to provide information for treatment for a patient. She was extremely unhelpful.

We have been using Stonetrust for workers' compensation insurance for years. We have never had any issues even after filing injury claims. Their monthly payroll reporting and premium payments can be done online. I have always had the same person as my yearly auditor which has been really nice. Insurance is probably one of the harder parts of running a business and they make it as easy as possible.

I've encountered significant frustration with Stonetrust Insurance due to the absence of autopay options. The tropicbreeze platform they employ falls short of expectations, and missing even a single basic text email notification regarding a statement can result in receiving multiple cancellation notices along with a hefty 12% late fee. This aspect of their service has been particularly disappointing Editing to 2 stars because they still havent fixed this & it's been another year.

My son has had to file a claim with this insurance company and it’s been an absolute nightmare. One lady in particular will not communicate.Had surgery that took months after the injury that needed to be immediate and since surgery has not been able to start physical therapy. Checks aren’t being sent. It’s been set back after set back. Pay in tons of money for accidental insurance to be met by rude people who try everything to not pay out in medical bills and assistance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I enjoy working with Stonetrust. Rachel is always very professional and fast! She is willing to help us help our insureds. We have a great relationship with Mike and his team. Couldn't ask for better.
