A few months ago I received a notice of pending cancellation of my homeowners Insurance from Auto Owners and called Stone Insurance to find out what was going on. I was assured by Brian Stone that it didn't really mean that I would be cancelled & not to worry about it because the reason for it has been addressed. Never got a cancellation notice and was signed up for auto pay. A couple of days ago, I stopped into Stone Insurance to inquire about making a claim. The receptionist took my name and appeared to be checking my policy, gave me some general info and never informed me that I we no longer had homeowners insurance.
