Posted By Steven Grammer Claim # 104-09-986. Been a long time member with homeowners and 4 cars insured. Been paying >$5000.00 a year car insurance for me my wife, a 20 & 22 year old. I had an accident which totaled my $52,,000 2015 Chevrolet 2500HD High Country Crew Cab 4wd. Germania's only paying me $46,000 insurance. So I'm pretty much out $6000 dollars just to try and replace my truck. Just posting this as a warning to other members. Gap insurance doesn't help if you don't owe more than the insurance will pay off. I am planning filing a claim, and filing and a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance, I will also be contacting an attorney about my rights to contest the insurance company payout.

I had insurance through them for 2 decades. Now I do not even rate a call back when wanting to modify an insurance policy. They used to be good, and they used to appreciate your business enough to actually try to earn it. That sadly is no longer the case and they just want you to shut up and pay them. You have a voice as a consumer, I used mine and switched to Farmers today.

When I call an insurance place, practically any company, and i say i want a quote, they will get my information right then and there and give me a quote immediately. With these guys? I called them, they closed in 30 minutes, they took my name and told me to call back tomorrow. So i call the next day and give them my information, they say that the lady who is supposed to help me isn't there, so I'll have to wait. So i waited, and called them back that same day. They said they'll call me tomorrow. So the 3rd day rolls by, and i call them again, i give my name, i explain the situation and ask for my quote, they tell me that the lady who is supposed to be helping me is looking over my stuff now and will call me back later with my quote......they never called back. Absolutely worthless. Waste o

I have been a Kessler customer since 2003. They have always provided cost effective insurance services and are always professional, know their products and consistently pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!
