I would not recommend this agency based on our recent experience. Throughout our time with this office, communication and policy management were consistently challenging. Premium increases were applied without prior notification, and we were only made aware after funds had already been withdrawn from our account. We made multiple requests to speak directly with Steve regarding our concerns, but were consistently redirected to other staff members. When attempting to remove a vehicle from the policy, we experienced repeated pushback from Stephanie. Despite clear instructions from the policyholder to remove the vehicle, we were asked multiple times to reconfirm the decision with the other named insured, which created unnecessary confusion and delays. She was diligent about gathering all the new information and put together a great plan for me in a very short amount of time. I am so grateful for her assistance and couldn't be more happy with the end result. Michelle Nealy is my main reason for continuing with my Allstate policies. I have been with Allstate for a number of years, left and went with Hartford, then returned and have been with them for some time now. I always want to shop around to save money but would prefer staying as long as Michelle continues being employed. Once she leaves I will do the same. Michelle is absolutely the best, most professional and always willing to go above and beyond.

Wouldn’t insure my house or vehicle with Allstate Insurance, if both were on fire, and Allstate was the only one that would offer me coverage. Steer clear, worst company out there.
