Steve Williams - State Farm Insurance Agent

My Truck was stolen in Seattle and I called Steve to see what my options were for support only to find out that my policy - which cost nearly $600 for 6 months - did not cover vehicle theft… Not only that but it also did not cover a rental vehicle… Steve assured me a partial refund was on the way for the remainder of my policy and 3 weeks later that check still has not come… Additionally, they would not allow me to come into the office to speak about my concerns. Very dissapointed and left wondering why I went with a local agent rather than Progressive or Geico etc.
