Our family has been a State Farm customer my entire life. Now with teenage sons of my own, we continue to choose and love our State Farm service. Our lovely customer service agent, Diane with Steve Weber’s office, is pure sunshine and so willing to provide support. My computer is outdated and I only have my iPhone to send and all the paperwork on my claim. I was having trouble so I went by the office at 9 o’clock and the two women there were so helpful Sarah and I’m sorry I forgot the other lady, but they were both so helpful Printing out the papers for me so I was able to get a return label to send my keys and pink slipping. They are just a nicest ladies. I’m so happy to be with State Farm.
