Steve Tunall - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have used State Farm for my insurance needs for years. Not only for my personal use, but also for two businesses. I carry my house insurance and car insurance through them. I normally deal with Becky who is always sure to explain everything to me and take care of my insurance needs. She is sure to look for any discounts that I can get and reminds me to update my drive safe and save mileage. Steve is very fortunate to have a dedicated worker like Becky. Val is a great addition to their team and I have no doubt that she will be as attentive and caring as Becky. Thank you Steve, Becky and Val!

State Farm was recommended to me quite a few years ago.. Steve Tunall Agency was definitely the best decision I made for my insurance needs. As my children got older and needed vehicle , homeowners and renters insurance they all switched to State Farm. They received the coverage they needed at reasonable rates.. Steve and Becky are great people to work with! Very knowledgeable and helpful.. Whenever I have questions they make you feel important! Becky is amazing! If I need something or have a question she’s just a text away for me. I know I can count on her which is a great feeling! .. I highly recommend this agency!

Never in my life did I think I would be writing this review. In July, I asked Becky to move our State Farm Auto policy from Mike Conroy State Farm in Olean to make it more convenient since our home insurance policy was already with Becky and Steve. Instead of doing a simple agent transfer, they rewrote the entire policy without telling me. This caused years of Drive Safe and Save discounts to disappear. The Accident Free discount was also omitted which increased my monthly rate from $139.42 to $249.40. Becky did not communicate this at all. The following month I caught the new rate on the next bill, at which time I also noticed my old policy with Conroy’s office was still active, being double billed. Becky and Steve assured me they were going to cancel Conroy’s policy while looking into

I went to State Farm in Kane a few years ago and I'll never go anywhere else. Steve is great to work with and Becky is the most patient person I've ever dealt with. I call there A LOT with questions and Becky never makes me feel like it's a bother. She is eager to help and they both are right there with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. Best experience, hands down.

i was helped by becky when i needed insurance on my car. she was not only so helpful but very pleasant as well. she discussed every option i could make to insure me &my newborn baby’s safety. she helped me understand the importance of insurance. you can tell she CARES. steve is just as great, always going above &beyond to help with payments or even just giving me a ride! love this agency!
