Steve Saunders - State Farm Insurance Agent

Shady business practices. Didn't cancel my wife's insurance when we cancelled. Only cancelled mine, so we got charged two additional times. for nothing. Coverage we didn't need. Steve owes me $200.

We've had our homeowners, auto, umbrella and other policies with Steve Saunders at State Farm for over a decade. Steve has always provided clear, concise information about coverage and options, and has been a pleasure to work with. We had to move out of state, so we will miss working with Steve because every time we needed to do a change or adjustment it was a simple, easy process. He's very quick to respond! Highly recommended.

If you need one policy or fifty Steve is the man to see. We had apx. 20 policies with State Farm a few years ago and had been with SF for 26 years. Our agent retired and the agent they put us with was horrible. We ended up moving all of our policies to a competitor because of it. We made contact with Steve through our Company as he was our client, on a totally unrelated endeavor. We ended up talking insurance and the next thing we knew Steve was able to bring us back to State Farm, by his thoroughness, customer service, accessibility, and honesty. I've moved around a lot since graduating, and I've always had State Farm and I've always been pleased with being able to have an agent close by to help me out. Steve, has by far been the best SF agent I've had. He's willing to sit down and go through every detail of an insurance package or quote, and never pressures, and always makes sure I understand all of my options so I can know that I'm getting exactly what I want. Phenomenal agent.
