As a retired senior citizen on a fixed income, I am always looking for value, and excellent customer service. The Steven Pescetti State Farm Agency delivered both. I have insured my home, cars, and motorcycle with them for many years, and have never been disappointed. Their rates are competitive, and their customer service is second to none. I would especially like to mention Gabriella Monte. She is their Office Representative. Her friendly welcoming demeanor, and superior knowledge of the business always puts me at ease whenever I am transacting business with her. I would highly recommend the Steven Pescetti Agency, and State Farm Insurance for any of your insurance needs.

The Steve Pescetti State Farm agency offers excellent customer service. When my 19 yr old daughter texted me from the DMV stating that she did not have the correct documents with her, I made a call to the agency, and Carly Galassa prepared the documents and sent them to the DMV in minutes. Thank you Carly. You were kind and efficient. Also, you made me look great to my daughter.

Been with State Farm for over 30 years and with Steven from the day he opened his Agency. Since day one with Steven, I have received excellent customer service from him and his office staff. Just recently I reached out to Steven regarding the increase in my monthly payment plan. Steven suggested we review my policies. Steven took the time to go over all my policies and made changes that could reduce my rate but left me confident that I was still insured correctly. Recently I sent over my defensive driving certificate and within 15 minutes Gabby replied back that it was applied. With the way customer service is lacking at many places these days...it is refreshing that Steven's office provides excellent customer service...I know Steven, Denise, Gabby and Anthony are always just a phone

State Farm has honestly been the best insurance company I’ve ever had! The only reason I switched was because I found a cheaper rate elsewhere, but I can’t wait to come back. The Shirley office team is amazing—especially Gabriella (Gabby) and Sue! They always go above and beyond and make everything so easy.

I have been with State Farm for about eight years now and I absolutely love them. I have multiple policies with them !
