Called and tried to up sell me when I’m just looking for car insurance and then when I said I didn’t like the “bundle” he offered then said “you won’t be a good fit for this company” 0/10 experience

I recently had the pleasure of working with Erik Miller & he was amazing! . I was nervous about the price that my insurance would cost monthly due to past insurance companies I have been with, but he truly made the Auto insurance process a walk in the park!! He’s very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and throughly explains everything to you!! I highly recommend him & the State Farm company to anyone looking for an insurance agency that puts customers first!!

Just signed up for a policy with State Farm, and the experience has been excellent so far. The agency was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain all the details in a way other agencies hadn’t. My agent is friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this State Farm team!

Amanda padilla was absolutely amazing!! I call and asked about my bill. She asked if she could call me right back to make sure she has all the information correct! I truly loved that! I would rather wait for a call back then have the wrong info! When she called back she explained my bill, helped me change my address and saved me more money! On top of that she asked how my kids were!!! She was absolutely the nicest person I could have talked to! She also said that she was going to call and check in on Monday or Tuesday since she saved me money she wanted to make sure I get the right bill! I absolutely love the customer service I had today!! I initially had a great experience and elected to go through state farm despite the monthly premium being higher than what I had before due to good customer service. However, when I added my husband to my insurance I was told I would have a $20 per month discount for multicar. We never got the discount promised, when I called to check on it I was told that it wasn't set up correctly and that was why. No offer to refund what we were overcharged and the discount still doesn't show. Additionally, we went to change our renters insurance to a new address and the agent put the address in incorrectly multiple times. I didn't notice it was still 1 number off the third time I checked it for him and when I called back to fix it, was told that the price of our insurance went up as it was a new addres
