Steve was great, he was the only agent who took the time to understand my needs, asked follow-up questions, and made the transition from my old insurance that I’ve been with for at least 30 years seamless. Excellent customer service, good prices. Now let’s hope I do t need to use it. I highly recommend Steve, he has been very accessible and is straightforward and is a great communicator!

I took out a chance many years ago on Joyce Campbell at this agency cuz I wanted an agent I could trust and she was every bit of that. She was on top of things I didnt even know needed to be gotten on top of, every time. Steven took over and I found to be the same great service. I want thank Sandra Houchin for all the help she gave me in getting quotes and her customer service. She was so patient with me going back and forth with all the changes. Also she answered all my questions all 100 of them!. She explained everything and let me know why certain coverage is better for me and my vehicle .she stayed on top of everything and kept in contact with me about the cost of my policy and coverage. And made sure I was satisfied with the policy. She was great to work with and I'm very grateful and pleased with her help. She sent me copies of everything which saved me a trip to the office.
