From the time I lost my car in an accident back in 2021 and got the vehicle I have now, its been a privilege to work with them. They have been there to help me through it all. And hopefully I can depend on them in the coming years to come. Thank you for being there. A very satisfied customer.

Refused to provide me with proof of insurance in a timely manner. A complication with my payments arose and instead of contacting me directly via text (which I stated I preferred )they sent mail. It was never explained to me why my automatic payments stopped going through on my credit card. Continued to charge me instead of just canceling my plan when the payment method fell through.

They're the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with. Having to purchase my own rental and towing after one of their customers hit me is ridiculous. They said they do reimbursement though.
