I canceled my policy with Steve directly through email since i had moved, and 5 months later they were still drawing on my account. After trying to resolve the issue with Steve directly, he continuously avoided me and the subject of a refund, or any acknowledgment that they had overcharged me was ignored. Luckily I had the proof in the email where he acknowledged the cancellation date that my policy would be terminated, but never acknowledging the full amount because of their mistake.Steve continually avoided me for weeks when I tried to call his office, he was either busy or in a meeting.
