Steve Hayward's State Farm Insurance has always taken care of our business and personal insurance. Their office is responsive to any claim, and any questions we have. I would highly recommend having them as your insurance broker.

All the employees who work at this office are so professional, friendly, and accommodating. They take time to explain all the in's and out's of my policies, and always offer options based on my needs and budget. Would definitely recommend State Farm for the customer service and support I receive here.

State farm in the last year has gone from a 5 star to a 1 star if that. I have been with state farm for over 15 yrs and in the last year they have over charged me and said they didn't, and then sent me a credit check. They cancelled my insurance on my Jeep when I bought another car, thinking! that I didn't want insurance for some reason on that car. I never said to cancel the insurance on that jeep! Didn't have insurance for a month driving it around until I did not receive a statement. Was called at work and told I was 3 months late on my car insurance, that was wrong! I was 1 month late due to a lost bill. Also problems with my home owners payment plan, set up a 6 month payment due to selling my house, after a couple months after paying for 6 months they send me another bill for the rema
