I really loved the service I received today. Alejandra Rivera my new insurance agent, helped me big time. She was very quick and responsive, and gave me good discounts explained everything very well.

my hats off to Sean and the rest of this office for all the professionalism and hard work that they do. Sean specifically has really gone above and beyond and helped me out with some insurance issues that I had. it was quite annoying for him to continuously look into and he stayed on top of it and did his job very well.

A client of Steve's for over 15years, holding an IRA account,(supported on my statements) I had no proactive outreach from the financial agent and institution for a financial review during the entire relationship. Upon initiating account cancellation and rollover procedures, the client was charged a 20% cancellation fee by State Farm's affiliate, despite initial denials of the account's existence and difficulties in scheduling a meeting with the Agency.

This was the office that helped me when the first Washingtonville office closed. My personal experience was working with Alejandra , who is so very kind and an absolute pleasure to speak with. I could not have asked for any better. Customer service was extremely helpful. Thank you, Alejandro for all of your help
