Steve Boessling: Allstate Insurance

Elvia Alvarado is such an excellent Insurance agent. She assisted me with getting the most reasonable quote. Always responsive, supportive and all around friendly and helpful. I would say outstanding customer service. Definitely deserve a ten star-Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am writing this review to warn others about a serious issue with Allstate’s policy system and internal communication. My parents, who are not tech-savvy, sold their home in Auburn, WA, in 2022 and purchased a new one in Houston, TX, continuing their insurance with Allstate. Due to no communication between the two Allstate offices meant the policy on the sold home was never canceled. For three years, Allstate has been collecting premiums on a property my parents do not own. Despite being a loyal customer with two separate policies, Allstate failed to guide them and did not have the systems in place to recognize that they were insuring the same customer for two different homes at the same time. The fact that the company did not catch this for over two years is completely unacceptable. The

I've been with Allstate's Steve Boessling for 15yrs, since 2002. Allstate took me on for home owner insurance when my previous company (13yrs with USAA), could not work with me on a an issue I was having with the purchase of my new house. I gave Allstate my auto coverage, as well. Steve has always been available to answer any questions about my multiple policies and even some 'what if' policies I ended up not needing. And if he needs to dig a little to show me options on coverage, he does that as well, always time for me! And Steve didn't even wince (although my mom did) when I added my off-road Jeep to my coverage. ;)

I have done everything I can in my power to get Allstate to stop sending me physical mail to my home address. I have never been an Allstate customer and I will swear to never use this company. I am nowhere near the Houston area and there is no reason I should be receiving mail from this office.

Steve Boessling is a personable, responsive Insurance Agent! He's been my agent for many years... Highly recommended!
