This office was very prompt with adding a vehicle to my coverage and making any adjustments that needed to be done. They were kind and receptive and nice to do business with. I cant say the same for the corporate prices though.Insurance premiums raise every 6 months. Mine have increased over 29% in just 2 years! That is with no accidents and only a windshield claim. They used to come to your house to fix it and this time I had to go to a shop or pay more money. So yeah, you are getting less for more money. There should be a cap on how much they can increase your premiums with no justification.

I have them for both Home and auto, and have always felt they were on my side getting me the best insurance at the best price, and when it comes to claims, they have always been handled quickly and to my full satisfaction

The service was utterly deplorable. The PM John Stockinger was incredibly rude and consistently blamed me for errors that were entirely their own. They mishandled the insurance setup from the start, and I only discovered this by chance two years later. Even then, they had the audacity to pin the blame on me again! I’ve since switched to another company and now pay nearly half of what I did before!

The whole staff in the Bethpage office are just wonderful - accommodating, quick to service and attentive. They find every bit of savings they can, and provide solid advice for every question asked. I have auto and home insurance through them.
